Physical Education

Children use different equipments to practice their gross motor.

For each age level we target specific development milestones and we provide opportunities for practice towards achieving them. Children will participate in activities that allow them to kick, throw, catch, bounce and run with a ball, walk on a balance beam, run around obstacles, jump over un object and more.

We also use Yoga indoors. Yoga is a great way to improve focus and is used as a calming strategy, in addition to building gross motor skills.
